Wild Deutschland at Blue Stallion

We are excited to partner with Wild Deutschland to bring amazing German inspired food the the Blue Stallion Brewing taproom.

• Wednesday: 4pm-9pm
• Thursday: 4pm-9pm
• Friday: 4pm-9pm
• Saturday: 4pm-9pm

At Wild Deutschland, we start with a local, humanely-raised hog from Sun Watch Homestead. Then we butcher and use every part of the animal to ensure respect for its life, which means no waste and careful attention to the flavors.

We make everything 100% in-house from the brats to the curry catsup. Come try our German menu at Blue Stallion Tuesday-Saturday from 4-8pm.
