We are excited to partner with Salt & Vinegar to bring amazing German and Southern inspired food to the Blue Stallion Brewing taproom.

At Salt & Vinegar, we start with a local, humanely-raised hog from Sun Watch Homestead. Then we butcher and use every part of the animal to ensure respect for its life, which means no waste and careful attention to the flavors.
We make everything 100% in-house from the brats to the curry catsup. Come try our German and Southern-inspired menu at Blue Stallion Tuesday-Saturday from 3-9pm.
