Join us on December 3, 2013 for our first Test Batch Tuesday. We’re working on several new beer recipes that may be considered for a full production batch. The recipes need to be perfected before consideration, and we need your feedback to refine the recipes. Each test batch is extremely limited in quantity (approximately 30 pints), so it will run out quickly.

BSB Pilot Brewing System

Brittish Special Bitter [Britain Yeast]

ABV: 5.2%
SRM: 15
IBU: 30
British Special Bitters are brewed to be very drinkable, but with enough bitterness and flavor to interest the consumer. This beer is typical of the bitters consumed all over the English countryside, but with 1% more alcohol. Warm up the glass with your hands to produce even more aromas. This beer uses clean and malty British yeast, with fewer aromas than London yeasts.
