We’re working on several new beer recipes that may be considered for a full production batch. The recipes need to be perfected before consideration, and we need your feedback to refine the recipes. Each test batch is extremely limited in quantity (approximately 30 pints), so it will run out quickly.
This is an English (not Irish) stout, made with English hops, grain, and yeast. It was brewed a little on the stronger side for an oatmeal stout, with lots of oats to give a big mouth-feel. Both mash and fermentation temps were high and combined with a less attenuative yeast, expect this beer to be on the sweet side with more than average aroma and taste.
