We’re working on several new beer recipes that may be considered for a full production batch. The recipes need to be perfected before consideration, and we need your feedback to refine the recipes. Each test batch is extremely limited in quantity (approximately 30 pints), so it will run out quickly.

BSB Pilot Brewing System

Irish Red Ale

ABV: 4.8%
SRM: 23
IBU: 15

This ale was originally brewed to be similar to an Irish Red, but a little more crystal red and black malt was added, deepening the color. The beer is not as dry as most Irish beers, and is more similar to stronger English mild ales. With low hop aroma and bitterness, the malty flavors shine. Toast and biscuit flavors, as well as just a hint of coffee flavor comes through.
