We’re working on several new beer recipes that may be considered for a full production batch. The recipes need to be perfected before consideration, and we need your feedback to refine the recipes. Each test batch is extremely limited in quantity (approximately 30 pints), so it will run out quickly.
For this week’s test batch we’re tapping a Saison brewed on our test batch system and conditioned with ginger. This is the second of several Saison variants for Test Batch Tuesday.
