We’re working on several new beer recipes that may be considered for a full production batch. The recipes need to be perfected before consideration, and we need your feedback to refine the recipes. Each test batch is extremely limited in quantity (approximately 30 pints), so it will run out quickly.

“Picadilly Brown”

English Southern Brown Ale

ABV: 4%
SRM: 29
IBU: 15
Our English brown ale is brewed to have a low alcohol level, low bitterness level, and a typical dark brown color. This ale is exactly what a Londoner would call a “session beer”, meaning it is the kind of beer that you can drink all night. Your tongue, nose, and head will not be overpowered like so many American IPA’s. Beers from the south of England have a little more sweetness than Northern beers. As always, British yeast, grain, and hops are used exclusively to make a British beer. It may be difficult to have just one glass.
