OKTOBERFEST AT BLUE STALLION: Sept 25th – Oct. 4th, 2015
Ever wanted to make your own German sausage and have it prepared by some of the best chefs in town? Here’s your chance! We’ve teamed up with The Gastro Gnomes to bring you “Sausage Fest”. Wyatt Sarbaker from Marksbury Farm is going to walk you through the sausage-making process using locally-sourced products, including Gravesland Meats. If you’re not familiar with Gravesland Meats, they use our spent grain to feed their cattle.
After the sausages are ready, the Gastro Gnomes will take over and prepare them with the creativity and skill you’ve come to expect from their food truck. While you wait, enjoy some Blue Stallion beers in the back of the brewery at some Oktoberfest tables.
