Each Monday, Blue Stallion Brewing donates 10% of taproom sales to local non-profits. This week’s non-profit is Lexington Pit Crew. The organization desires to inform and educate people about breeds that so many people view as vicious and dangerous. Lexington Pit Crew wants to help build a positive reputation for the dogs that would otherwise be deemed un-adoptable simply based on their breed. Read more about Mission Mondays.
Celebrate Fat Tuesday with us on February 9th! We’ll be having a crawfish boil starting at 5pm with the Gastro Gnomes. The special test batch for the occasion is Hot Pepper Helles! And Mardi Gras just wouldn’t be complete without zydeco music. Zyde-Gator will play live starting at 7pm.
We’re working on several new beer recipes that may be considered for a full production batch. The recipes need to be perfected before consideration, and we need your feedback to refine the recipes. Each test batch is extremely limited in quantity (approximately 30 pints), so it will run out quickly. Hot Pepper Helles
